How do I access the client portal on TherapyNotes?

New clients will receive a welcome email to create a confidential profile in the client portal and complete intake paperwork via TherapyNotes when the first appointments are scheduled. The invitation will expire after 7 days and clients can reach out to their therapist to assist with resending the welcome email which will contain a new link to the client portal.

My password expired, how do I reset my password?

Clients can reach out to their therapist to assist with resetting their password to regain access to the client portal.

What information is available in the client portal?

New clients can complete intake paperwork, including demographic and clinical information, payment authorization, consent forms and release forms via the client portal in a safe and secure manner. Other important documents, like medical reports, neuropsychological testing evaluations, school IEP’s and 504’s, and other essential documents can be uploaded and securely stored in the client portal.

Clients can also view future appointments and access teletherapy sessions via the client portal.

How do I access and start a virtual session?

Teletherapy sessions can be accessed via the client portal by logging into the system from a private space using private, hi-speed WiFi. Clients can select the appointment and click the “Join Session” button to enter the virtual waiting room. Your therapist will then connect with you at the time of your session.

Should there be any connection issues, we encourage clients to reach out to their therapist directly to troubleshoot.
